Yamaha's new 400 series Ecodear recorders are the same popular Rottenburgh model as their 300 series, but made of 30% corn-based PLA plastic (70% ABS). This produces a slightly denser material for a rich, mellow timbre with easy high notes. Yellow with white trim, in a very visible bright green cloth case.
